Administrator accounts need an authenticator app. Add this key to the app (choose "enter a setup key", time-based), then enter the 6-digit code it shows.

What approving does
An approved value is saved in the app against the product code and is administrator-confirmed: product pages, Tico and the matrix download use it at once. The uploaded workbook and any master workbook elsewhere are not changed. A later matrix that records a different value is flagged for you, with both kept.

For a product's material, finish or colour when the matrix, its manual and the brochures don't give it. Tico labels the answer unverified and links its source. Never used for safety, treatments, spares or warranty.
